For Brent since the early years, telecommunications has become even more competitive so having the product and backend systems constantly being improved and knowing the product and systems teams are taking care of you, allows Brent and his team to focus on the customer and building the business.
Brent plans to grow through acquisition and by making the transition to selling data-centric services such as VoIP and other “Over The Top” services. Within the next 5 years he anticipates to reach annual turnover exceeding $10M.
Brent’s advice to new retail services providers is not to compete on price alone, to find your niche and focus on the unique requirements of that market.
