Why choose a local Australian provider?

Overseas providers cannot offer complete network coverage, leading to gaps in service. Broad coverage will be essential for industrial applications like mining and agriculture, freight and logistics.

Local providers deliver lower latency and higher reliability, which are crucial for IoT applications such as monitoring and location tracking.

Can I migrate my existing M2M services?

Yes. We can assist to migrate your services to our platform, making it easy to move off legacy plans or more limited offerings. We offer competitive rates when you bring services across from non-Telstra networks.

What network technology do you use?

The Telcoinabox Wholesale IoT product uses the Telstra 4G / 5G / LTE-M network. Satellite and NB-IoT technologies are not supported at this time.

Do IoT SIM cards work outside of Australia?

IoT services are Australia only. We do not currently support global roaming or multi-SIM / failover. This may be considered for future product releases.

Are IoT service management tools included?

The Telcoinabox wholesale IoT product is currently in Beta, with only basic service management capabilities.
