Reason for choosing telcoinabox: telcoinabox's group buying meant telecommunications services were available to us at reasonable wholesale prices and it provided Utilibill, a billing /customer accounting infrastructure made available to our business at cost effective rates. We had an existing group of businesses and residential customers that were known to us previously.

Support: telcoinabox support services and support staff have always been friendly and by using more automated customer service processes and their ticketing systems has now meant that I get the support when I need it most.

What do you like best about telcoinabox? We really appreciate being able to work directly with the owners of the business in addressing matters of importance to Snooper Systems. They have shown a high level of flexibility in our relationship.

Goals: Grow the value of our business by adapting to the changing telecommunications marketplace ahead of other carriers and service providers.
