Manage all Telcoinabox products and services in your area throughout the product lifecycle |
- Develop and maintain best-practice in managing products
- Take ownership for all aspects of product management including;

Financial and commercial modeling of potential products
- Negotiating Telcoinabox cost prices & terms
- Integrating into Telcoinabox provisioning & billing system (Utilibill)
- Creating and updating support documentation
- Setting wholesale prices & suggested retail prices (SRP)
- Developing appropriate product legal terms & conditions
- Product training (internal & external)
- Product-related communication (internal & external)
- Creating and maintaining marketing collateral
- Analysing & reporting on product performance
- Promoting the product with service providers and devising strategies to increase sales

- Communicate all relevant information regarding your product area to all stakeholders (internal and external) in an appropriate and timely way
- Foster & maintain open communication and a good working relationship all internal and external stakeholders

Maintain a high level of industry & market awareness in your product area & become the internal expert |
- Act as an expert reference on all matters related to your product area
- Research competitor & market activity and manage the budget for and purchase of relevant market data & reports
- Manage subscriptions to industry newsletters or forums
- Attend industry events where relevant
- Communicate market intelligence and insights internally and externally
