Reason for choosing telcoinabox: I looked at several franchise opps but none really fitted with what I was after. I've always been a bit skeptical about franchise relationships. What attracted me to telcoinabox was that it uses the franchise model for the supply-side of the business (products/systems) yet the rest is really up to you. You create your own brand and you run your business how you like.
Support: From day one, telcoinabox has been there for us, from training to systems.
How to get customers: I was confident with my business plan and had enough business management background to understand how to get customers. I started with a small customer base that I could service well with savings and reliability. Then I grew a lot through referrals. We've doubled turnover each year.
Goals: First, growth. In 5 years time I think we can be 5 times bigger. Plus I want to be able to work from anywhere, including the deck of my boat. I'm pretty close!
