How to get customers: A unique advantage is that you only need to get customers once, recurring revenue follows. We specialise in communications solution for business so we offer landline, internet access, mobile, domain names, internet hosting, the entire portfolio.

Sales are key to the business — and as you see them grow you stay motivated, especially when more sales mean more margin. We started with a sales team and while that stretched us in the beginning, it was a good way to start. Now we sign people up every day!

Support: telcoinabox have already done a lot of the hard work for you. They help you set up and focus on what you need help with. Training was excellent and along the way there's always someone who can help with the most specific question. They're very good about analysing progress and dollars to help you 'fast track.'

Goals: We want to continue our growth rate with the same momentum we've had over the last year — and keep building as fast as we can. Within five years we definitely feel we'll be pulling in one million dollars a month. That's when it gets easy with more margin, more profit.
