Damian Kay - Managing Director

Damian is co-founder and one of the driving forces behind telcoinabox. His passion for bringing 'telco to the people' has fuelled the strategic vision and day-to-day energy of the company's success.

As a telecommunications industry veteran, Damian brings experience from senior management and sales roles with market leaders Optus, Colgate Palmolive, Mars (Master Foods), and Bonlac.

Damian was the Managing Director of Universal Telecom in Australia, a global telco with a track record of success in Australian telecommunications. An experienced businessman, he took over Universal Telecom management in February 2002 and bought 50% of the company from a Scandinavian partner in June 2002. In February 2006 he sold the company to Commander Communications to focus on building telcoinabox.

Born in Adelaide, Damian has a Commerce degree from Latrobe University, Melbourne.
